PIERRE, S.D., Feb. 22 — Setting up to become the first state in 14 years to start a direct legal attack on Roe v. Wade, lawmakers voted on Wednesday to outlaw nearly all abortions.
This is just the first of several cases currently in the legal pipeline specifically designed to challenge Roe at the Supreme Court level.
What in the hell are we supposed to do about this?

It passed the S.D. Senate and House, and the governor is likely to sign it. Battlestations!!
